💡Preparing HiPP Comfort Milk — Helpful Guide
HiPP Comfort Milk is a food for special medical purposes and should only be used under the guidance of a healthcare professional. Be sure to speak with your doctor or health visitor before introducing this formula to your baby.
How to Prepare:
- Wash your hands thoroughly and sterilize all bottles, teats, and feeding equipment, following the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Boil 1 liter of fresh water and allow it to cool for no longer than 30 minutes. (Avoid using softened or re-boiled water.)
- Pour the correct amount of cooled water into a sterilized bottle, following the Feeding Guide for accurate measurements.
- Using the provided scoop, add one level scoop of formula for every 30ml (1 fl oz) of water. Level off the powder with the scoop leveler — don’t press or pack it down.
- Attach the sterilized teat and cap, then shake the bottle well for about 15 seconds until the powder is fully dissolved.
- Cool the bottle to feeding temperature (around 37°C) by holding it under cold running water. Always test the milk temperature before feeding your baby.
🧊 Storage Tips:
- Store the sachet in a cool, dry place (avoid refrigeration).
- Use within 3 weeks after opening.
- Packed in a protective atmosphere for freshness.
