Our Stage PRE and Stage 1 infant formulas are made for babies from birth to about 6 months. This collection brings together the European brands Canadian parents trust most, including HiPP, Holle, Kendamil, Aptamil, Kabrita, Nanny Care and Lebenswert.
Stage PRE vs. Stage 1
Both are first infant formulas for babies from birth. Stage PRE formulas use lactose as the only carbohydrate, which keeps them closest in makeup to breast milk. Many parents choose PRE for the first weeks or months. Stage 1 formulas can also contain a little starch, so they’re a bit more filling. Some parents like that for hungrier babies. You can feed either stage until your baby is ready for Stage 2.
Cow milk and goat milk options
Choose from organic cow milk formulas like HiPP Combiotik, Holle Organic and Kendamil Bio Nature. For goat milk, there’s HiPP Goat, Holle Goat, Kendamil Goat, Kabrita and Nanny Care. We also carry an A2 formula from Holle. Sizes run from 400g to 800g, depending on the brand and version (German, Dutch or UK).
