Shipping rates (Canada)
- Orders of $100 CAD or more: FREE express shipping.
- Orders under $100 CAD: $29.99 CAD priority shipping.
Your shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.
Where your order ships from
Orders ship from our partner warehouses in Europe by DHL Express or UPS Express.
Delivery time
Estimated delivery is 2-5 business days after your order is dispatched. Customs processing can occasionally add a few days, which is outside our control.
Duties and import fees are prepaid
Formuland Canada prepays customs duties and import fees on your order (Delivered Duty Paid), so there is nothing extra to pay at your door. If a carrier ever asks you to pay duties or brokerage fees on a Formuland Canada order, please contact us at care@formulandcanada.com before paying and we will take care of it.
Order processing and tracking
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Customs in Canada
International parcels may be inspected by the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA), and imported infant formula is subject to Health Canada requirements. Inspection times are set by the authorities and can delay delivery beyond the estimate above.
Changes and cancellations
Need to change or cancel an order? Email care@formulandcanada.com as soon as possible. Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled.
