I love formuland! If I ever have a problem, their customer service folks are so quick to write the wrong. We once had an order get caught at a facility in Germany for at least 2 weeks and formula and replaced the order at no cost. The prices are competitive and there's no shipping cost if your order is large enough!
We love this formula! There less filler junk than the formula from Canada!
Passing down sensitive stomach genetics to my poor little bub was rough, but this Comfort formula has been an absolute lifesaver for our combo feeding routine. It’s given me so much peace of mind knowing the ingredients are high quality, and it tops her off gently without upsetting her tummy. Highly recommend for any parents dealing with sensitive babies!

Perfect formula for kids, great service and fast delivery.
This formula saved my little one’s life! She does have CMPA (cow milk protein allergy) and severe reflux and after 3 months of this formula she changed to a completely different baby. This formula has been gentle on her highly sensitive body and has little to no smell which IYKYK some of those other allergy formulas are 🤢 horrible!!!

Do I pay duties or customs fees?
No. Formuland Canada prepays duties and import fees (Delivered Duty Paid). If a carrier ever asks you to pay, email care@formulandcanada.com before paying and we will take care of it.
How much is shipping?
Orders of $100 CAD or more ship free by express. Orders under $100 pay $29.99 CAD priority shipping. The cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
How long does delivery take?
Usually 2–5 business days after dispatch, by DHL Express or UPS Express from our partner warehouses in Europe. Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Customs inspection can occasionally add a few days.
Can I return formula?
We do not accept returns on formula. If a container arrives punctured, an inner bag is pierced, or you receive the wrong item, email a photo of the product next to its packaging within three days of delivery and we will make it right. Do not use a damaged product.
How does the subscription work?
On eligible products, subscribe on the product page to save 7% and choose how often it ships, every 1 to 6 weeks. You can change or cancel your subscription from your account.

Yes. Formuland Canada is the Canadian store of Formuland (formuland.com), which has served families since 2014. The same team runs both stores; this one charges in CAD and prepays Canadian duties.
