Refund policy

Regrettably, returns are not accepted. Since the majority of our products are hygienic or perishable goods, we take this precaution. We must preserve the integrity of our inventory for the benefit of all of our customers. All of our products are safely shipped from pristine, secure locations in brand-new, unopened condition.

It is believed that baby formula cannot be returned.
Personal care products, perishable goods (like food), and bespoke items (like special orders or personalized items) cannot be returned (such as beauty products).  Regrettably, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

 

Product Damage
We consider a packaged item to be damaged if it is delivered with a pierced internal bag or a punctured container (for canned items). Although we take great care to ensure that aesthetic damage doesn't occur during delivery, goods that are received with cosmetic imperfections like dents in cans or creases in boxes are not considered damaged goods from the standpoint of a refund. You must report any damage within three days of receiving your package. Save your original packaging so that it can be provided to the proper delivery company as proof. Claims without tangible evidence won't be considered. Send us a photo for visual proof of received product next to original packaging showing the label.

 

Delivered the wrong goods
Although they are rare, fulfillment mistakes do happen occasionally. Please notify us straight away if you think you received the wrong item so we can look into it and make things right. Because it will be utilized as evidence in our internal investigation, keep the original package you got. Claims without tangible evidence won't be considered. Send us a photo for visual proof of received product next to original packaging showing the label.

 

Mis-deliveries
Once the product has departed our facility, it is the customer's responsibility to get in touch with the shipping provider directly to arrange delivery. It is the customer's responsibility to be there when the shipment is delivered, though we will make every effort to help if any shipping issues arise. If an item is marked as delivered but you can't find it, we suggest looking through your property's common areas and contacting your neighbors. We do not issue reimbursements for lost or stolen parcels after the courier marks the delivery as delivered. Any packages with tracking numbers that are marked as "undelivered" are still covered by our delivery promise, and we will work with the customer to find a solution.

 

Updating your address after placing an order
Customers agree that Formuland is in charge of delivering to the address they supply when placing an order. Our customer support staff will make an effort to accommodate changes of address after your item has been paid for, but we cannot guarantee a new delivery address. Any failed deliveries caused by a shipment being delivered to the wrong address are not considered refundable. Formuland is not responsible for misdelivered goods once they have left our warehouse in the case that the change of address was not handled by a delivery service in time for the delivery to be redirected.  Requests for mail redirection should be avoided since, despite our carriers' best attempts to change the address, there is a good chance that the old address will still be used.

 

An attempt at customer fraud involving product complaints
Please be aware that we take all product complaints seriously, despite the fact that they are uncommon. Due to the high standards of hygiene that our Manufacturers set for their products, any complaints must be substantiated by photographic, video, and other needed documentation that will be discussed directly with Manufacturers. If the necessary proof isn't provided, any complaints will be regarded unprovable and won't be further considered. Any attempt by a customer to falsify product information in a way that would represent a problem that doesn't exist will be dealt with by the legal teams of Formuland and the Manufacturers in concert. Formuland will include specific instructions on how to return any formula for lab testing in such circumstances.  You should be aware that every manufacturing batch number is recorded at the time of shipping and will be compared to any assertions made.

 

Refunds
After we've addressed your concern, we'll let you know whether or not a refund was granted. If approved, an automated refund will be sent using the original payment method. Please be aware that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and issue the refund to your account (There is no way for us to speed up this procedure).
